about me.

I grew up in a tiny town in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and left at eighteen for college and adventures. I came home to earn my M.S. in Management. Since then I have worked with hundreds of organizations and community groups to develop strategy and implement performance management systems. I specialize in Results-Based Accountability, and integrate elements of Collective Impact, Applied Systems Thinking, and Appreciative Inquiry into my work. I have presented my work nationally and internationally, as far from Vermont as Johannesburg, South Africa.

I teach Outcomes and Evaluations for Learning Organizations in the management program at Marlboro College Graduate & Professional Studies, and work closely with the Center for New Leadership at Marlboro College

I serve on the board of the Vermont Foodbank, Spectrum, and the Howard Center. In my free time I perform stand-up comedy and host the Moth StorySLAM in Vermont.

I am an ENFJ. I am an organized doer and genuinely like most other people.
